Through the medium of photography, the series of black and white photographs X and Desastres (2006) question the relationship between photography and truthfulness. A work in homage to Susan Sontag, especially to her book “regarding the pain of others”. In Desastres (2006) shadows, light and transitions show, in scenes with certain allusions to Goya, typical characters and nuances of analogue language: developing photos by hand in the laboratory, medium-format negatives, etc…
