From May to July 2014 the city of Wiesbaden held the Festival Wiesbadener Kunstsommer with the participation of 9 international artists invited to produce public art in Schwalbacher Strasse, a street that is divided into Turkish and German communities, with the aim of bringing both cultures together. Aeolia´s Park emerged as a utopian sculpture project, a avenue of triumphant aeolias that are offered to the public as a place to walk through; a winding, organic and undemanding route that began to become a reality at Wiesbaden Kunstsommer 2014 with the almost 3-metre golden bronze maple seed transformed into a tree.
