The key aspects can be found among these early works that inspire her practice; the idea of in-fluido (in-fluenced/ in-fluid), that everything is influenced by everything else, that everything is interrelated, the concept of fluid thought– and Nature as a philosophy of being in the world. Lightness as a resource is present in works like Cita al Jinete del cubo de Kafka and Para llegar a ser (1995), ephemeral pieces with an air of arte povera that are shown while they are in progress: both were selected at the XXXVI New Artists Competition 1996 and formed part of the group exhibition organised by Gipuzkoa Provincial Council and the Kutxa Cultural Social Foundation; the paper and yarn backpack won first prize at the aforementioned competition, and the idea of gathering in nature has become her modus operandi.
